I am fucking into Wheel Guns.
I've migrated to them over time. This is why my AR is collecting dust.

I don't even go to the rifle range anymore, it's boring

In the military the ranges were boring, although a relaxing interlude, but now I'm totally bored with it.

I don't even go to the range often, but when I do I'm all about the indoor range and the wheelgun.

Ironically the Liberals are grabbing AR's because of the ZOMG Mass Shooter moral panic.but handguns out here in the boonies they are leaving be, so the handgun is going to be the only thing left to shoot on the range anyways.

Thing about carbine, it's only really interesting on a dynamic live fire CQC range, and you can't do that on the ranges in Canada, it's nanny state ranges here, there's no team nor dynamic shooting, so just plinking with a carbine is not interesting for me after years in the infantry.

A good lineup

I'd say waste of money, excessive duplication.
Always have a backup.

Hide it in the ceiling tiles at your tech start up job.

Sure, but twenty five is not a backup, that's a shopping addiction.

There are a lot of hiding places and potential SHTF scenarios in TC's workplace.

There's no guarantees anyways, you never see the one coming that gets you.

Jesus saves, but guns don't make me invincible, no matter how many I would pack.

As me ol' pappy used to say; every day is a gift.

The problem is these fucking incels target you when you are least able to fight back. They exploit gun free zones and whatnot. If the government started properly policing the gun free zones like schools, the incels would target bars and clubs where it's illegal to carry.

Really, the best defense is to avoid democrat areas.

Like I say, I just walk tall and put my faith in the Lord. If I die I die, I've lived a good life already.

Everybody gotta die sometime, Reb.

Smits, I know you are considering a Smith 29, which is a fucking awesome choice.

Have you owned a revolver before? Ever shot any .44 Rem Mag?

I wish I could go to the range with you the first day you have it. I'd be happy to bring along my Super Blackhawk and some crazy loads and about 100 rounds of .44 Spec.

My dad had the exact Dirty Harry specs on his 29 when I was a kid. Since I had his to play around with, I got Santa to bring me a Super Blackhawk in 1980. Still my single favorite gun I have ever owned. My favorite deer hunting days now involve just me and the hogleg.

Yeah, I've got a 686-3 pre-lock, fixed firing pin, 4" ported barrel, target sights, synthetic grip.

But a guy at the range let me try his 629. I was pretty much sold after the first round down range.

I'm getting some stank eye from the wife tho, first I've gone American on her, now I'm going full on Dirty Harry.

"Why do you need two handguns?!" yadda, yadda, yadda.

I says; one for me and one for you, honey, his & hers.
