The only chance Boris has is to put forward another vote on May's deal and hope everyone is so fed up they pass it this time.
That's a worse deal then if you leave, and then sign a deal, or make like you are going to leave and make them cave. May's deal is nowhere near the best the UK can do. You just buy into the No Deal Doomsday bullshit, and are acting like a pussy as a result.
Go on then, enlighten me as to what concessions the EU is holding back on.
What is this better deal you keep going on about?
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

Americans sacrificed over 400,000 lives for this. What was the point?

Peace in Europe.
The same aim of the EU and it's various versions going back to the treaty of Rome.

Would have been easier to just let the Germans win. Less casualties to achieve "peace in Europe" that way.

Unca George might have been on to something with all that "foreign enganglements" jazz.

Nah, if you hadn't fought the Nazis in the '40s you'd have been fighting them in the '50s. Von Braun would have been raining down death on the Eastern seaboard and the first A-bomb would have taken out New York, not Hiroshima.

We would have been allies.

No communist uprising. Thus no cultural Marxism. No degeneracy. Nations intact.

The only thing you faggots did here was prove we made a big mistake defending you.

That "peace in Europe" argument is bullshit. What kept us together during the cold war, was the threat of the Soviet Union and NATO, not that little precursor to the EU.

The EU has been one of the most destabilizing forces, in the little time it actually has had foreign power projection. Libya turned into a shitshow. NATO led, but really pushed through by the EU and its interests.

Even worse was Ukraine. Sure, Russia is also to blame there. But the EU did their best at overthrowing a corrupt, yet properly elected president, forcing the hand of Russia. It's a war noone gained anything. Ukraine is even worse off than it was, Russia is worse off, the EU is worse off, and there's no end in sight.

Giving these psychos control of the armed forces of various European countries will not end well.

Working together for 50 years beats fighting amongst each other for 200 or more.
It was a united Europe backed by Nato forces which finally ended the war amongst the former Yugoslavian nations.
That wouldn't have happened without decades of working together as the EEC and EU.
Look at the investment which has gone into the backward nations like Spain and Portugal. 40 years of isolationist fascist regimes didn't prepare them well for post-war Europe.
The UK went from the sick man of Europe to the 4th largest economy in the world. Ireland is prospering after decades of decline.
Workers rights and food standards have increased.
Trade and travel between members have been made virtually restriction-free.
We have kept our individual languages and cultures, we still make our own laws. The Eastern block countries have Westernised and the Soviet Union collapsed.
If you only want to see the negatives, that's up to you, but I'm not closing my eyes to the positives because of some idealistic nationalist dreams of a golden era we never actually had.
