New Vacancy Sets Up Eleventh Circuit Flip
https://www.nationalreview.com/bench-me ... cuit-flip/…...when President Trump fills Marcus’s seat, the Eleventh Circuit will flip to a 7-5 majority of Republican appointees. At the outset of the Trump administration, it had an 8-3 Democratic majority (with one vacancy). So that’s an impressive swing.

The conservative effort to salt the federal judiciary with larval Scalias is devastatingly close to completion. Make no mistake, This would have happened if any of the Republican candidates had been elected in 2016. It may be the only thing keeping a lot of Republicans on the Trump Train.

Thanks NYT, for the new Kavanaugh crap. Now if something does happen to RBG we wont have any sympathy for what must be done. Thanks for helping Trump get reelected and keeping the Senate in GOP hands.

Turns out the woman is on record not knowing what the NY Times is talking about.

I think the woman was alleged to have been black out drunk at the time, so it would follow that she does not remember it happening. The allegation was made by another person (Max Stier) supposedly at the party.

This is the kind of stupid shit that is going to blow up in republican's faces. The Conservative wrote: ↑Tue Sep 17, 2019 8:10 amhttps://www.nationalreview.com/2019/09/ ... lly-a-dud/
Wait a second. Who did what to whom?
Kavanaugh’s “friends pushed his penis into the hand of a female student”?
Can someone explain the logistics of the allegation here? Was Kavanaugh allegedly walking around naked when his friends pushed him into the female student?
Do they need a motherfucker to demonstrate it to them?? The fuck level of retard is this?
Then there is this gem:
If you take this confusing accusation in the essay at face value, it doesn’t even appear to be an allegation of assault against Kavanaugh.
If Kavanaugh’s “friends pushed his penis,” then isn’t it an allegation of wrongdoing against Kavanaugh’s “friends,” not Kavanaugh himself? Surely even a modern liberal Yalie who’s been to one of those weird non-sexual “naked parties” would recognize both the female student and Kavanaugh are both alleged victims in this alleged incident, barring an additional allegation that a college-aged Kavanaugh asked his “friends” to “push his penis.”
So Kavenaugh was the victim? He was waving he penis in front a black out drunk girl in a dorm party and he is the victim because one of his friends pushed his penis into contact with the woman he was allegedly assaulting?
This is not how you counter stupid allegations, guys.

This story actually looks like a pretty big trap for Trump.

This doesn't look good for the NY Times. They aren't calling it a story, they are calling it an essay...

Sounds like to me a whole lot of nothing.
