As our government continues the Obama Legacy of being the biggest gun dealer in the world, they seek to take guns away from their own citizens. As a bonus, our Congress refuses to let the POTUS pull out of any wars.

There is no defense. Red flag laws are just legal weapons used by democrats and conservatives against their political enemies.

If you can't trust you legal or medical professions then the problem lies there not with laws intended to help stop mass murders before they happen.

We don't need red flag laws for that.

He already committed a crime. He already provided enough evidence to get a search warrant and to seize any firearms they find in his possession.
