The funniest (and at the same time scariest) thing I've read all week is numerous posters on another forum claiming that none of the Democrat candidates are far-left. The furthest they go is center-left. They are serious.

The democrats are moving further and further to the left. Away from the voters.

Appreciated the video with the data. It appears they really started to tilt at the turn of the millennium, and like a falling tree are picking up speed.

Even the 'moderate' Dems in the debates this year were far left radicals.

Hey, remember the breastbeating over whether the ACA would allow you to keep your doctor? What a ridiculous argument, my wife's employers have changed carrier like every 3 years for the last 20, I just went to my GI and found out he was no longer in network, and we now have BCBS. Bring on "Medicare for all".

I can tell you for having her as a rep, she gives great lip service, as in that she has a few skeletons and blue dresses in her closet.

That's the problem... it's like the joke, how should someone a little overweight feel skinny without exercise? Surround themselves with fatter people than themselves.

Not enough people wanted her, or that bitch Gillibrand, that putz DeBlasio, or any of the others who didn't make the cut. I think this setup is great, taking some of the power away from the very unrepresentative states of IA & NH. How is the poll & individual donor cutoff system "corrupt"? This is a classic dog whistle, conflating race and class, it's how the GOP has gotten poor and working class whites to vote against their own interests for generations now. Progressive taxation is, well, Progressive, which is what she professes to be. I don't think the millionaire wealth tax is doable for practical reasons, but it's not a bad idea.
