The funniest (and at the same time scariest) thing I've read all week is numerous posters on another forum claiming that none of the Democrat candidates are far-left. The furthest they go is center-left. They are serious.
The democrats are moving further and further to the left. Away from the voters.
Appreciated the video with the data. It appears they really started to tilt at the turn of the millennium, and like a falling tree are picking up speed.

Even the 'moderate' Dems in the debates this year were far left radicals.

I don't know why you guys hate her so much, she wants to stop the banksters from pillaging the country and shaking down working people, you should have been 100% behind the CFPB. Go to https://elizabethwarren.com/issues and read what she actually is for, not what someone tells you she is for, then explain why you're against it.

Why is requiring at least 40% worker representation on corporate boards a bad idea? Can they do worse than a millionaire crony of the CEO?
Will stopping congressmen from becoming lobbyists destroy democracy as we know it, or save it?

Hey, remember the breastbeating over whether the ACA would allow you to keep your doctor? What a ridiculous argument, my wife's employers have changed carrier like every 3 years for the last 20, I just went to my GI and found out he was no longer in network, and we now have BCBS. Bring on "Medicare for all".
I can tell you for having her as a rep, she gives great lip service, as in that she has a few skeletons and blue dresses in her closet.

That's the problem... it's like the joke, how should someone a little overweight feel skinny without exercise? Surround themselves with fatter people than themselves.

The same goes for this flock of candidates. Warren is only "moderate" to centrist compared to the rest of the people on the platform because they are fucking nuts.

Warren ain't all that different from Clinton really. She's not as left leaning as her rhetoric would lead you to believe, she's just telling the crazies what they want to hear.

She is to the left of Clinton, but not that much further to the left, the hard left turn has really only come when running for POTUS where she is now fronting as left of Bernie Sanders, but before that she was definitely to the right of Bernie by a good margin, she was playing both sides, blowing sunshine up both the moderate and progressives asses.

Warren is more Political Weather Vane Demohack than Far Left Ideologue.

In a debate with her, Trump could simply audibly wonder what minority was denied an education because Warren committed affirmative action fraud.

Not enough people wanted her, or that bitch Gillibrand, that putz DeBlasio, or any of the others who didn't make the cut. I think this setup is great, taking some of the power away from the very unrepresentative states of IA & NH. How is the poll & individual donor cutoff system "corrupt"? If someone can't pull 2% at this point, they're not making it, no matter what you say.
Democrats still relying on polls after 2016.

Neither are her actual positions. The fact that you equate "rich" with "white" and "poor" with "minorities" is about you not her. This is a classic dog whistle, conflating race and class, it's how the GOP has gotten poor and working class whites to vote against their own interests for generations now. Progressive taxation is, well, Progressive, which is what she professes to be. I don't think the millionaire wealth tax is doable for practical reasons, but it's not a bad idea.
Joe Biden is using GOP dog whistles now?

Such high ground the Democrats are on. It's not like they get minorities to vote against their own interests. We have all of those highly successful minority populated cities that have prospered under decades of Democrat reign.
