American elections are a reality tv show, good luck beating Trump in that world Tulsi, she hasnt got a chance.SuburbanFarmer wrote: ↑Sat Aug 10, 2019 3:05 pmShe may not win, but it wouldn’t be for the reasons stated. There are more than enough dupes out there that think he’ll really follow through, he just needs 4 more years .StCapps wrote: ↑Sat Aug 10, 2019 1:27 pmTrump would crush her. Even the non-inteventionists wouldn't fully back her and plenty would vote for Trump, maybe even more would vote for him, and that's only real edge she has on him. If it's even an edge at all, it's an irrelevant one that won't win the election. She would also murdered by Trump with the foreign policy hawks and wouldn't win enough votes from him with doves to win.Speaker to Animals wrote: ↑Sat Aug 10, 2019 9:59 amI don't think they can do it this time, but I don't think she is beating Bernie by any significant margin.
She does obviously have the power to destroy the establishment candidates, which might have been her plan all along. She already destroyed Harris as a viable candidate. I suspect Biden is coming up.
There's no other establishment candidate after Biden.
The real question is.. does the democratic electorate realize she would destroy Trump in a general election campaign or not? I am not sure either way. I don't think many democrats are paying much attention yet.
You thinking Tulsi has any chance of beating Trump, is pure wishful thinking.

For instance, Trump does not even seem to grasp basic facts about the people he launched missiles for. He balked at her accusation he supported Al Qaeda, but he literally did. He is just ignorant of the fact that Al Nusra is Al Qaeda.Imagine her cornering him on shit like that.

Re: 2020 election
She wouldn't get much of a chance, Trump would steal the spotlight and put her on the defensive forced into being reactive. Trump will dominate the initiative and control the conversation. A debate is a reality show, she's got no chance beating Trump in that world. Trump never lost a debate, he often dominates them.Speaker to Animals wrote: ↑Sat Aug 10, 2019 3:13 pmFor instance, Trump does not even seem to grasp basic facts about the people he launched missiles for. She'd give him the spotlight. Just like she did to Kamala Harris.

Trump thrives in the spotlight and will use it to kick the shit outta her. She can't beat the Reality TV Star who dominates debates in a way she never does.Speaker to Animals wrote: ↑Sat Aug 10, 2019 3:17 pmShe'd give him the spotlight. Just like she did to Kamala Harris.
