So we can put capps down in full favor of selling location data of every American. He thinks this is great, but he won't admit it.

This is what deregulation of consumer protections means, you fucking dumbshits.

Nope, FCC regulation is a far worse alternative, but StA is going to keep ignoring that in order to tunnel vision on the weaknesses of deregulation, so he can keep pretending that FCC regulation is better. The grass is always greener fallacy.

The alternative where they weren't allowed to sell your real time location data to cyberstalkers?? Is this a serious question or did you start drinking already?

You do hate the open market.
Let me finish that for you:

I hate the open market for the real time location of every American to whomever pays without Americans' consent.

That's what you supported here, TC. You need to be very explicit about what you are for instead of hiding behind slogans. You are okay with this shit.

Deregulation of privacy and consumer protections made this happen. The deregulation you and others cheered on. If you are not okay with the outcome of your position, then you need to reassess that position.

If a person agrees to it, and the notice of the data being shared is public knowledge, and there is a way to opt out, I have no issue with it, if the people are too stupid to protect themselves.

You have to opt out of Facebook, Google, and the others from doing things with your data, why is there an expectation that the ISP is going to do anything different?

Nobody agreed to it. You need to read the fucking articles before opining on them.

All four major carriers sold the real time location of practically every American to third parties who then made it accessible to anybody who took the effort to easily spoof identity data.

It's like saying you support barebacking it with your neighbor's wife but not her getting pregnant. LOL you guys are dumb.

This was the outcome of the deregulation of privacy protections. Either you support that shit or you do not. It's that simple. You can't say you support deregulation but not this. This is the result of deregulation.

Do you see the issue here, or are you totally ignorant of your own argument?
