I have encountered a string of domestic abuse cases in recent years. What really stood out to me is that the men doing it I could easily crush if I were there when it happened, but they never do it when any of us are around. In one case, I had no idea until a female neighbor I trust broke it down for me.

That's just domestic violence. A guy that is going to attack some random woman is not going to do it when other men around. When they attack a random woman, they just opened themselves up to all sorts of punishment that other men can inflict with relative impunity.

The only real defense a woman has is a weapon. Knives, guns, tasers, whatever.

If Trump caves on Red Flag Laws, it's a dumb move. It will hurt him with swing voters, Republicans will grit their teeth and vote for him anyway, Democrats will give him no credit and simply demand more concessions. It loses him voters and gains him none.

I agree completely.
This is only a gain for Never Trumpers. It will damage Trump in ways he can't imagine.

It will show Trump can be beaten. And all it took was to amp the outrage to 11 based on a couple crazy people. They will use that to destroy him.

All you will have to do is report to your local Social Security office to get your Certificate of Sanity (good for 60 or 90 days or so) and you'll be ready to get your Universal Background Check paperwork underway.

The VA has been pushing Vets to get classified as having PTSD. Right now, if you come under enemy fire of any kind you are considered to have PTSD. If you have a Bronze Star or Purple Heart you are considered to have PTSD. So, you could be sitting on a FOB in Afghanistan. A rocket could land on the other side of the base and blowup, and you could be considered to have PTSD.

Since Hollywood and the media have been pushing the broken Soldier myth for near 50 years many already consider anyone that served crazy. Because, you'd have to be crazy to sign up for the military in the first place.
