CNN be like Maryanne did well, but she can't win, chortle chortle chortle. Accurate though.
Marianne killed 'em.
It's no surprise they would push Warren. They are still trying to mitigate problems created by the drug deal with HRC and BHO in '08. Part of their plan this year was to go big tent. But it's creating problems for their chosen narrative. Worse, people are choosing outsiders like Marianne and Tulsi. That wasn't supposed to happen. There will be a big push fast to get this down to Warren, Harris, Biden and Bernie.

Marianne did okay, the outsiders aren't gaining any traction, very few people are choosing them. Dark Psychic Powers is a good line, but at best it will result in a minor blip on the radar.

Yang is doing the best among the outsiders, better than Tulsi, better than Marianne, and he has no real chance of winning either.

Don't put any stock into a Drudge poll for a Dem debate, people who go to Drudge skew heavily to the right, them thinking someone won does not mean they won.
I do think there is a fair amount of shenanigans going on with that. The Trump Troll Army is actively trying to keep Marianne in this thing. However I don't think it was 30 points. The new Twitter followers is another indication she is doing well tonight.

30 points of skew should be expected is such a poll, who conservatives think won the debate is going to be different from who lefties think won the debate. Way more Republicans are voting in that poll than Democrats, and the former ain't going to be voting in the Dem primaries, it's irrelevant.

She did okay from what I saw, but she certainly didn't dominate, or do anything that makes her viable going forward.

I don't expect any of them to win. But they will force policy changes in the democrat party. Already tonight you saw a bunch of pledges to end wars. That was candidates seeing what Tulsi did as popular.

Frankly the biggest winner tonight was Biden. Let's see if he can keep from fucking it up.

Yeah with Warren, Sanders and Buttigieg failing to shine, that's a win for Biden.

We'll see how he handles Harris in the second debate.

The Democrats can pretend to be anti-war all they want, but Trump credentials make that a hard pitch to win in the general. That's another big reason Tulsi can't beat Trump, even if she somehow won.

So sad that you correctly feel this needs to be pointed out.
We are only accustomed to dealing with like twenty online personas at a time so when we only have about ten people some people have to be strawmanned in order to advance our same relative go nowhere nonsense positions. -TheReal_ND

He should be emboldened to stick to more moderate guns in the face of the Justice Warriors. It's clear there is appetite for moderation in the Dem party. But he'll be up against all the affirmative action candidates tomorrow.

Not only is there a clear appetite for moderation, but no viable candidates other than Biden are running in that lane, while the Justice Warrior lane is clogged as fuck with Sanders, Warren and Harris splitting the vote. This is why I have thought Biden was the most likely candidate from the beginning, that and weakness of the Justice Warrior candidates and Moderate alternatives to Biden who aren't even viable.
