Pretending we've been in a bunker are we? Whatever. The most obvious is obstruction of Justice in all the things he did or attempted to do to shut down the investigation. Do I think he should be charged? No, because without control of the Senate it'll just be a shitshow that will simply solidify support from people like you and increase his already good odds of re-election against a weak Democrat.

I just haven't not heard enough proof of obstruction. I don't think it's there.brewster wrote: ↑Tue Jul 30, 2019 7:19 pmPretending we've been in a bunker are we? Whatever. I agree that bringing impeachment without the Senate is just virtue signaling.

Remember it was obstruction that forced Nixon from office, not the break in.

There was no collusion or conspiracy here, everybody knew it didn't exist. So he defending himself is not obstruction. They asked him directly did anyone impede your investigation? The answer was no, your bitch partisan shit is a no go. As for control of the Senate fuck that you need 67 votes, You aint got them and not even in your unicorn dildo in your ass fantasies are Democrats ever going to get anywhere near that anytime soon.

Too bad you're not a lawyer, because then you'd fucking starve to death. Obstructing justice by interfering with the investigating personnel or tampering with witnesses are crimes independent of whether the crime being investigated is proven.

What did do to try and shut down the investigation? It was never in danger of being shut down. More talking points without any facts to back them up.brewster wrote: ↑Tue Jul 30, 2019 7:19 pmPretending we've been in a bunker are we? Whatever. Meanwhile, Monty has conveniently ghosted the thread when confronted with more of his lies, this time about how the Benghazi investigation cost much more than the Mueller investigation. He also cannot provide any details for what Trump is supposedly guilty of.
The whole game is to just keep repeating he's guilty, he needs to be impeached so that the ignorant masses will think it's true simply because they've heard it so many times. Mueller's testimony showed what a sham the thing was, but Democrats and their cult following have nothing else to defeat Trump with, so it goes on and on.

They wanted to charge her, the higher ups said no. They had the evidence available to do so.brewster wrote: ↑Tue Jul 30, 2019 6:40 pmAs I said regarding Hillary, she was not legally exonerated either since she was never charged with anything. But your above statement is NOT true, Mueller presented evidence that the House chosen not to pursue to date. He did not recommend charges, since he viewed that as not within his means.Speaker to Animals wrote: ↑Tue Jul 30, 2019 6:28 pmBut Trump was not charged with anything, and nobody presented any evidence to suggest that he should be charged with anything, and yet you don't extend your "exoneration" criteria to him??
