Sitting at the gym with my protein shake after leg day. That shitty sports channel is locked in here. I cannot help but notice a significant number of shit food commercials on that channel: candy bars, fast food, etc.

Televised sports is designed to destroy your masculinity. In a similar fashion to how porn is a substitute for real procreation and sexuality, televised sports is a substitute for masculinity.

Anyone else do night walks? I think I'm going to try it. I'm suffering from a minor break with reality. Had a bad day I guess or something. Maybe I'm being bombed by chemtrails or maybe Romanians really fucking piss me off despite wanting to be really really helpful and nice. Maybe I need to jack off or something. Maybe I'll just go take a walk around a random block. I don't live there anymore anyway so, just let it burn down. Let it all burn down.

Went to Church today. Did my second confession ever. I really like my parish I want to continue to go to Church more and learn how to dress smartly. I like the ritual, I like the idea of self improvement, I like nearly everything about it. If you can find a traditional Latin Mass I recommend it.
