IMO, this is all Trump. Trump has been buddies with Mike Lindell for years, Trump wants Minnesota bad. He wants Omar gone. Minnesota hasn't gone GOP for like 50 years, Reagan didn't even get it. If Trump is able to steal Minnesota, though not that many E votes, it's a knife to the heart of the Dems.
Lindells commercials are goofy, but he sells American made well. I respect the guy for his story and success.

Trump is more likely to win Minnesota with Omar front and center and in congress. He wants her to keep saying dumb shit and alienating the voters from Democrats in the swing states. Trump does not want The Squad gone, he wants them to be the face of the Democrats and have their brand as closely tied to the Democrat brand as possible. Trump wants them to drag the Democrats as far to the left as they possibly can, so he can exploit the useful idiots.
The more the media spotlight is focused on The Squad, the better it is for Trump, why would he want that gone?
