His personality means he is not actually working. He's just sitting on his ass all day, tweeting, eating junkfood and taking naps. Then he holds press conferences or goes to a rally to be adored like a teenage girl. His staff is doing a moderately good work, giving what they have to work with.
He works enough to do a good job, whether you want to give all the credit to the staff that he chose to delegate to or not. Load of postmodernistic relativizing. He is a below average politician if he cannot tell the difference between reality and fantasy, if he has a pathological need to lie himself more importantly than he is - despite everyone around him knowing he is bullshitting. Leading a country is about more than having the right politics.
