There’s a huge portion of people, many on this forum, who don’t think accomplishments mean anything, and accomplished people must be lucky or exploitative. For them, Trump is an incompetent loser who is blocking the inevitable change-over to Marxism. Another, smaller, group of people see where Trump is and what he’s done as amazing; that he’s not just a lucky dufus who exploited male privilege. We accomplishment-oriented people are goddamn fucking tired of the dismissive POV. There’s going to be violence and, frankly, I look forward to it. Not sure how you are reading this statement but to me it says that in his experience the chaos is as bad as the media says it is.
That is the Ambassador comparing his own impressions with those of the MSM.
If you want to read that as him using the MSM as his source of information that's on you.

Confirmation bias is a helluva drug, his perception is warped by it, quite clearly. He went into his dealings with Trump admin expecting Chaos! Chaos!
