No proof of the last claim. Many of those 13% of schizophrenia cases could have been caused by lots of factors other than cannabis use, it's a guess based on a small study. The other claims make more sense, but the last claim is hogwash.

No, that is in fact what he proved. A certain percentage of us have the gene that makes us susceptible to it, and abusing this drug can trigger in in those of us who have that gene who would otherwise never have developed schizophrenia.

He in fact didn't prove shit, and is drawing conclusion from a small sample size in the early 70's. I buy that some people who get psychosis or schizophrenia are more susceptible to be triggered by cannabis consumption, but 13% of schizophrenics only being that way because of marijuana abuse otherwise it wouldn't have happened, is clearly ridiculous.

Cannabis is not a drug that is properly scheduled. arguing it is, especially with bullshit like this makes you look like a fool.
