None if this bullshit has fuck all to do with what any of us have argued. You are just regurgitating something you heard on the Neil Cavuto hour. If you want to be taken seriously, then think for yourself you God damned retarded NPC.

Has everything to do with what you argued. You want the government to step in and regulate the free speech of social media companies, because they censor users as is their prerogative, whether you or I like it or not. If you don't like start your own social media company, you are not entitled to have more consumers than the social media companies you don't like, if they want to use other services than yours because of the network effect or whatever other reason, too bad so sad.

There's an Unlawful hiring lawsuit against YouTube right now that is going to discovery. The plaintiffs argue that YouTube will not hire conservatives.

Should be fun to watch.

Youtube should be allowed to hire whoever they want. If you or I don't like it, that doesn't mean the government should step in and regulate who they hire or which users they want to ban or demonitize or whatever, that is youtube's prerogative.

Discriminating based on political beliefs depends on the actions the company takes as I understand it. It's a legal question that's come of age.

Here's YouTubes mission statement from theri website
Our mission is to give everyone a voice and show them the world.
We believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share and build community through our stories.
Our values are based on four essential freedoms that define who we are.
Freedom of Expression
We believe people should be able to speak freely, share opinions, foster open dialogue, and that creative freedom leads to new voices, formats and possibilities.
Freedom of Information
We believe everyone should have easy, open access to information and that video is a powerful force for education, building understanding, and documenting world events, big and small.
Freedom of Opportunity
We believe everyone should have a chance to be discovered, build a business and succeed on their own terms, and that people—not gatekeepers—decide what’s popular.
Freedom to Belong
We believe everyone should be able to find communities of support, break down barriers, transcend borders and come together around shared interests and passions.

If they are discriminating based on politics it would seem they are in conflict with their stated goals. So either you have rogue leaders making these decisions of their mission statement is a lie.

If they want to be hypocrites, that is their prerogative. They should be allowed to hire whoever the fuck they want, and associate with the users they want. regardless of whether you or I approve of it or find their actions to be hypocritical based on mission statements.

You fuck off you Communist Censorship Cunt. The government regulating free speech isn't going to preserve it, it's going to neuter it, getting back at youtube and facebook ain't worth that price, you imbecile.

LOL

How am I communist or for censorship? You are straight NPC, man. You are not even reading arguments, just posting irrelevant neocuck talking points.

Wanting to end censorship is communist censorship. That is truly weaponized stupidity right there.

I don't know if I care one way or the other. But I want the law followed and I want equal justice under the law.

If someone can refuse to hire me because I'm a classic liberal, then you should be able to refuse hiring some gender bender, hajji or chocolate person.

Slightly off topic: Wouldn't affirmitive action be considered reparations for groups that feel that they were unfairly treated ?
