I think he's the perfect president for America.
it lulz me to say this but donald trump is more presidential than joe biden
Why are they still putting children within reach of this guy? Is it on his rider? "I want sparkling water, vodka, grapes, skittles and easy access to prepubescent children".
it has to be super specific for every item and then sneak in the "easy access."

Cappy: "Biden would have to fuck this up himself"

Biden: "Hold my sparkling water from the Shinto temple reservoir at the Hokkaido prefecture."

I'm calling it now: I predict that within 2 years, there will be a presidential election of one sort or another. Probably in America. I don't know specifically when the election will take place (how could anyone know that?), but my gut tells me that it will. I predict a lot of tv ads about this election as well. Just remember that Daralon predicted it.

i think it will damage him mostly because he went out of his way to apologize and promised to be more aware of personal space in the future, something he clearly cannot do

all of the democratic candidates are cozy together right now but they'll start to turn on each other as the months drag on, surely one of the gilibrands or klobuchars will become desperate enough to attack him

I've come to the conclusion that all these candidates are part of the Dem 2020 strategy that they feel will rid themselves of Trump one way or another.
1) Let everyone to appear big tent and wash away the corrupt dealings in the DNC in 2016
2) Most of the candidates have no intention of being POTUS, it allows them to bring in big cash donors for House and Senate races. Primarily as a Senate takeover strategy.
3) Win the Presidency if possible, but they even doubt they will beat Trump. If not win the house and senate and impeach him.

Here's the NYTimes run down of all candidates, you can line up at least half these candidates with other house or Senate runs. Beto and Hickenlooper are a couple relative unknowns who are banking cash to win future Senate seats. Sanders and Warren are a couple of Senators that think they actually have a shot, and if not they are fluch with Senate run cash.

Basically:

Biden is Jeb 2.0

Bernie is a more successful version of Ron Paul, but not successful enough to win, and he probably will die before the general election anyway.

It amazes me the way people talk about this primary. Like.. do they ever stop and think about this dumbass script they are repeating?

Biden is Romney 2.0. Incumbency matters, it effects the primaries, can't compare 2020 to 2016. More successful Ron Paul is a 2012 comparison, we have seen this script before, but not in 2016.

only in your own mind. Romney didnt have this prohibitive of a lead. Early on there was a flavor of the week thing going. They like Herman Cain then they metooed his ass, then we had a Huckabee thing, then Gingrich was rising because he told a reporter to shove it, Guiliani for about an hour, Ron Paul was Ron Paul. Santorum won Iowa. Only NH saved him and he lost to Gingrich in SC. He had to fight up to and through super Tuesday.

Romney had slightly tougher competition it's true, that doesn't bode well for those running against Biden. Romney did not have to fight hard, Santorum and Gingrich were never any real threat to him, and neither was Ron Paul. Herman Cain was a flavor of the week who peaked way too early. Romney had a prohibitive lead, just a slightly smaller prohibitive lead.
