It's a real law, it does exist but no has been prosecuted in about a century and if anyone were to be there is a bunch of appellate lawyers chomping at the bit to challenge it. So even if you get a conviction they'd probably get an injunction and even if the law held up it would be about a decade, you'd make the poor bastard a martyr. Could you imagine?
