Like people are directly trampling that women she didnt seize into a heart attack. Even if the person directly responsible has an affirmative defense they still are admitting to killing the old lady. It is literally what felony murder means. If a person dies as a result of you committing some felonious act, then you can be charged with felony murder. There are people in prison everywhere for this crime, even when it was their own criminal buddies that got killed in the commission of the felony.
