I agree. I think Fields probably got a shitty defense because I don't see where is was some kind of premediated murder. It was a heat of the moment thing in a very chaotic and somewhat violent stew of people.

Plus, it could be seen as a late term abortion. That gal did not have a good quality of life, it was a merciful termination.

He also didn't even hit her. She was beside the car collision, not in front of it. You can see the fucking collision from multiple cameras. It's not really debatable, or shouldn't be.

He did fuck a few Antifa goons right the fuck up with his car, but they didn't go after him for that, because even there you are talking about hitting his attackers, while they were attacking him with weapons, including rifles.
