The guys was convicted in court by a jury of his peers so, like the OJ acquittal, I honor the court findings. I can't know exactly what happened. I can only assume that the jury was provided convincing evidence that he hit the gal, and the conviction was based on more than just a video or a pic.

My case is irrelevant to your pissing match with him. My case is that for the crime of ramming your car into a crowd, with one dead and2 dozen injured does not equal 419 years + life. That ridiculous.

You make it specific, get people emotionally involved, then you can say, 'because of this bad case, well all of us need to have this big penalty to save society.'
