She's so boring, and seems to have no ability to grab headlines except when no one of relevance had announced they were running and the media were desperate for something to talk about. She was a flavor of the week who has already had her 15 minutes of fame, and peaked WAY too early, so why even acknowledge her?

Trump doesnt get points for subtlety, and they always accuse him of dog whistles, I think using a dog whistle in this instance is an oversight. Sleepy for the primaries, creepy for the general should be the plan.

Problem with directly using creepy, is that can be jiu-jitsu'd back on Trump, though it hits Biden harder. So it seems he'd rather just say Sleepy, and stick with plausible deniability, while still getting people to think Creepy Uncle Joe every time they hear Sleepy Joe, because it rhymes.
