In a way, it's not entirely Monty's fault. He is NPC to the core, and the media that programs him goes well out of its way to cover up black violence while accentuating the much more rare white violence.



When blacks commit violence against whites, the media characterizes at "men" or "youth". When a white person commits a violent crime against a black, they go out of their way to mention it was a white man attacking a black person, etc. Then they outright ignore the legion of examples of black on white violence.
