Disagree
Martin could still win an election, especially running independent.

Re: Brexit
As long Martin keeps using kid gloves, and refuses to tell lies that people want to hear, he's going to lose to someone who does, especially as an independent.Speaker to Animals wrote: ↑Wed May 08, 2019 1:16 pmDisagree

Re: Brexit
Politicians who don't blow sunshine up the electorates ass don't win. Got to tell more popular truths and more palatable lies than your opposition, that's the key. Playing with one hand tied behind your back makes a difficult job even harder.
Of course saying that is of course an unpopular truth, so if you're a politician, I wouldn't tell the electorate that. They don't want to hear it, they want to think most people are competent and can see through the lies, so that's the bullshit you have to feed them. "I trust the electorate to make the right decision, they can see through the lies, because they are so smart, so I just tell them the truth because I trust them to make the right call", that's what you got to say, but you can't actually trust the rubes to not fall for palatable lies, it's like catnip to the electorate.

Re: Brexit
It's true. I had to be an autodidact. I could only learn from leftist. How else does one rebel from the rebels and become a degenerate from those that brag about their degeneracy? God help me I love it so when people like Punky, Penner, dirty dick, and English Flaggot complain about civility, school marm, and pearl clutch about me exposing them to be the power hungry fascist they truly are. They cry out "Why are you like this?" "Who did this to you?" "Who taught you how to do this?" they know there is only 1 answer.

The fire in a theater thing is retarded, and was decided by a known Statist. If you panic because someone yells and you don't see flames or smell smoke you're an idiot.Montegriffo wrote: ↑Tue May 07, 2019 5:01 pmThere is no such thing as unrestricted free speech.California wrote: ↑Tue May 07, 2019 4:36 pmRestricted free speech is not free speech
At least you’re honest about it
Every civilised country on earth places restrictions on free speech.
Try slandering someone or shouting fire in a crowded theatre.
Slander laws are largely ineffective anyway
No man's life, liberty, or property are safe while the legislature is in session

Not ineffective, narrowly written. To curb the censorious desires of SJWs like English Flaggot. The effect is intended.California wrote: ↑Wed May 08, 2019 3:02 pmThe fire in a theater thing is retarded, and was decided by a known Statist.
