DNC could also face criminal prosecution if they do some of those fraudulent things again,
    Democrats facing criminal prosecution.....

Hillary is still roaming about giving her worthless loser opinion every other day. The former DNC chair who was caught giving HRC answers to debate questions is now a contributor on Fox. Numerous other Democrat senators still hold their positions despite things like sexual harassment and tax fraud.

Most don't give a shit if the black or hispanic woman acknowledges the problems that rural whites face and promise to at least give them a seat at the table.

Most Democrats aren't revolting against the establishment, it's only a small faction who is in "open revolt", wanting the Democrat establishment to get it's comeuppance doesn't mean it's going to happen.

You took the wrong lesson from 2016. Trump didn't win because of his policy choices, he won because he's Donald Fucking Trump. Without the right messenger, that message never would have sold, the Dems don't have the right messenger in 2020. They might go McGovern if Biden shits the bed, but it's his nomination to piss away via gaffe, the establishment is not as weak as you think it is.

Donald Trump didn't prove the establishment was so weak that any outsider can take them down, he proved he was stronger than the establishment candidates and therefore could win enough establishment republicans over to take the nomination. Electability matters, not just any outsider can pull it off dude, that was not "the lesson of 2016", that's StA wishful thinking.
