Not a conclusion. It's a demonstrable fact that every modern army has a minimum IQ around the same level. No nation with an average IQ below that threshold has a modern army, much less an economy to support it. That's a factual assertion, not a conclusion.

If you believe you can make a modern army out of dindus who can't perform the intellectual tasks required, then by all means show us the way. It's not my assertion that needs to be "refuted".
