“Facebook censors me. Fascism.”

Much has been written about what constitutes fascism, NDs definition doesn’t comply with any of the diverse definitions. In fact, it runs contrary to many of the accepted definitions, see - single state party, “contempt for the weak”, cult of tradition, machismo, warrior spirit, total dedication to the nation, anti-Marxist, implacable hostility to socialism and feminism, etc, etc.

None of that is reflected in Silicon Valley virtues, none of that is what we’re seeing coming from the tech giants.

What’s with the redefinition of terms zeitgeist going on at the MHF?
That definition comes from one of the Silicon Valley sources, and attacks tradition, males, patriotism, and the Right in once sentence
No man's life, liberty, or property are safe while the legislature is in session

I can tell you didn’t check the source by the very fact that you believe the “definition” is singular. That’s not Wikipedia’s definition. That’s me cherry picking aspects of five different definitions to demonstrate how NDs term runs contrary to all of them.

Fascism is actually closer to what MH was calling Nationalism yesterday.

Nah, why bother? Go ahead with your kook selves. Nationalism is Fascism. Facebook controlling their own content is fascism. Everything is nationalism and fascism and anti-liberty except MH’s wealth redistribution schemes.
Whatever.
Time’s wasting.

It actually is very fascistic. Fascism used state coercion of the private sector to control and punish people for what the state considered the public good. There obviously is crossover with Marxism and the very worst aspects of neoliberalism.

Democrats since Obama have adopted quite a few fascistic strategies.

What we have now is a lot of shittiness from multiple ideologies combined i to one giant shit sandwich. The worst of neoliberalism (libertarianism and neocons). The worst of Marxism (communists, cultural Marxists, feminism, etc.). The worst of fascism (Obama politics, using state influence of business to punish and control a populace, the targeting and scapegoating of a group of people, this time white males, justified by conspiracy theories, and an outright program of genocide to that end).

Welcome to America of the 21st century. The Enlightenment dream came true.

Speaking of fascists, I have been dealing with some corporate little Eichmann's at my job who are attempting to demoralize the workers with these truly atavistic tardy and dress code policies. Shit is pretty boring, so the banality of evil is quite real. Fortunately I carry a copy of Howard Zinn to neutralize these Auschwitz train conductors and re-assert power for the proletariat.

Howard Zinn gets a pass, because he actually firebombed people into the stone age.

I cannot abide a leftist panty waist, but a leftist who has actually killed women and children, I can respect that.

He was still annoying mind you, but I make an exception for World War Two bomber crews.

490th Bombardment Group, Zinn paid his dues, Godspeed.

It's been awhile since I read Peoples History of the United States, but I don't recall it bothering me for any reason, I didn't have any quarrels with it.

Zinn just made up socialist American history by cherry picking letters, spinning events, and claiming his highly tailored interpretation represented “the people”. It was a prototype of the leftist media machine and revisionist tactics we see today. I don’t care that he bombed some podunk town five months after it was destroyed by a previous campaign. He can fuck himself raw.

Anything that goes off the neoliberal reservation gets a visceral reaction from the neoliberals. I don't agree with him, but it doesn't bother me so much because I am not invested in this fake dichotomy between the two camps of neoliberals.

The reason they invented terms like "far right" and "far left" is to try to limit political discourse to just the neoliberal frame (conservative versus liberal), which at this point in history is a fucking joke.

The actual conflict today is between Marxism and the Real Right. Neoliberals (conservatives and liberals) are irrelevant.

It’s like I left a trail of dum-dum crumbs for the retards to follow me with their sniping. Zinn’s book isn’t an honest treatment of history, but it’s widely adopted throughout academia as the go-to history text. I’m glad you two aren’t bothered by it. You both seem extremely bothered by the fruits it has produced, through its highly dishonest but focused socialist messaging.
