Do American troops parade with loaded weapons?

The article says the weapons were not loaded, but had empty mags, nothing wrong with that. This is the way US forces parade. I'm not sure I've ever seen US troops without mags.

Nobody in NATO paraded without magazines on their rifles that I recall.

It's only in left wing faggotland Canada that people would assume the army is going to start shooting at a parade.

Technically, when a magazine is on the rifle, that is "loaded".
