Re: Me or Bill Gates?
A truly wise man might be more concerned about the size of his carbon footprint.
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

Ah yes, the Eco Bolshevik land reform.
Watch the left derail their entire agenda in the name of central planning for the Marxist Malthusian Doomsday.
Like I say, nothing you can do but let it collapse under the weight of its own contradictions.
The mania for the central plan cannot be reasoned with, all you can do is wait them out until it fails completely.
It's no longer a question of amassing capital for status or whatever.
The left is waging war on the economy for producing carbon.
You need a surplus of capital to avoid energy poverty imposed by the left wing kooks.
I'm not buying plane tickets and going on trips to Peru, I need that money for air conditioning and whatnot.

Continuous growth with finite resources is unsustainable.

Re: Me or Bill Gates?
I have a whole thread on this forum of scientists who are not part of the "consensus," 2 Nobel Laureates among them. How R U, an NPC, qualified to refute them?Montegriffo wrote: ↑Sun Apr 28, 2019 6:20 amScientific consensus.Martin Hash wrote: ↑Sun Apr 28, 2019 5:25 amHow would you know?Montegriffo wrote: ↑Sat Apr 27, 2019 11:14 pmA truly wise man might be more concerned about the size of his carbon footprint.

Consensus means nothing in real science, only experimental evidence that verifies or falsifies a hypothesis predicted by a scientific model.

Science is not a democracy but The Left keeps insisting it is: they literally try to vote that gender is not biological fact.

I really wonder how much actual science still happens. Probably only in corporate labs at this point.
