You could get the same effect, be more memorable, and sound a lot smarter by simply cutting it down to:
“America’s coming back!”

A comeback, by definition, is a return to a former stature. Which means the whole “like it used to be” is simply five words of redundancy. You can’t “come back” like things will be in the future.

So this dumbass basically tacked five, needless, redundant words on to a three word slogan. Very Democrat of him. His word bureaucracy inflated the sentence 160% and added nothing but inefficiency.

Not sure where Biden is, but I always expected him to be offered as a sober, steady figure for America. The Dems are purposefully promoting the crazies like Klamydia Harris and Spartacus to run, because they are running away from their shameful primary crimes.
