On the one hand its annoying, on the other hand its par for the course.

I wasn't excited for this game, because I was expecting the Loafs to choke at home.

Big picture, I'm already looking to the off season, I'm expecting this Loafs team to choke the whole series away.

You look for some sort of sea change, but I'm not seeing it.

It's the same Mike Babcock Country Club as per the last three years, no signs of any significant change.

Vietnam is a tough nut to crack, took the Caps 13 years to crack it.

Mike Babcock Country Club is not showing any signs of altering the course of the war.

It's the same team it was last year and the year before, immature, can't handle pressure.

Well the Caps didn't show any signs of altering the course of the war, until they finally won their Vietnam against the Pens, though it did take 13 years.

The Loafs are like Winniberta, they rely on their young players to score to win.

This is why St. Louberta won.

Young teams choke, veteran teams beat them because veteran teams get sick of choking.

Thus is the cycle of life.

At this point I don't even get that excited about the first round.

I wouldn't get wrapped around the axle about it unless they made the Finals.

Would be impossible not to get invested at that point.

The three rounds before that however, are just a grind, I expect to lose.

It's not like these Loafs are a favorite to win it all.

Because they never solved their bad habits from the regular season.

Otherwise known as They Are Who We Thought They Were.

Even if they beat Boston in game seven, so what?

That doesn't win you anything.

The second round is just as much a nothing as the first round.

You've gotten exactly nowhere.

It's not actually a win.

Well the Jackets are beatable, but then again, so are the Leafs, and Columbus is a tough stylistic matchup, much like the Bruins, so even if the Leafs make it to the third round, they could easily be worn down by then.

Even a win in the second round isn't really a win, Stanley Cup or Bust, The Capitals Know.
