The central spire has collapsed... we are basically looking at something that can't be restored without a lot of money to throw at it. The rose glass in the front is gone, all of the glass around the building is destroyed mostly, the roof is gone, and so much is destroyed. It will be left a shell of itself by the looks of it.

This is going to be millions if not a billion to fix/repair. Hopefully, it will be, because right now, this is not something that left to disappear, it has a history that shouldn't be forgotten.

Doubtful. Most Catholics likely feel pitty for the men involved. I cannot even imagine how awful they must feel.
