Losing out on Hischier was bad, but missing out on Hughes is even worse. To miss out on both to the same team, is just the hockey gods laughing in our face.

Not franchise altering, but the Avs already have MacKinnon.

When he fills out, he'll probably be 6'5" 215 pounds.

Doesn't have the Patty Kane factor like Hughes.

None the less, he's a perfect 2C to complement MacKinnon.

Dach is a beast, old school, he knows how to use his size to dominate.
