Why anyone bothers with Decaying Tomatoes anymore is beyond me.
What I find interesting is how little they want accurate user reviews. Fandango owns Rotten Tomatoes. All they really have to do is add a third score for verified Fandango purchasers to review movies. But they do not want that because the fake reviews far more favor shitty movies than not. These companies hire third parties to run fake review campaigns all the time. The review engineering business is quite prolific.

Whites are 63% of the US population, average IQ is 100, so at least 30+% of the population is below average intelligence. And that doesn't count other races... You gotta figure out of 320million people, at least 160million are under 100 IQ, and probably 40+million are 85 or less - even the military won't take them because they can't be taught to do anything useful.
