Taking the fam to South East Asia

Post by DrYouth » Fri Mar 15, 2019 5:57 pm

Packing up the wife and kids for South East Asia for two weeks...

Cambodia - Angkor Wat

Laos - Luang Prabang and a 3 day jungle trek

Thailand - Railay - beach, jungle and rock climbing

We'll see how it goes...

A nice break from the grind at any rate...

That sounds awesome! My girlfriend and I are visiting Japan in two months, also looking forward to the broken grind. I believe we have an 11-hour flight, how long is your's?

13 hour flight from Vancouver to Hong Kong

Then just under 2 hours from Hong Kong to Siem Reap

Packing lots of books for the flight... also plan to sleep. I'm a good plane sleeper.

My wife not so much... she'll be cranky for about 24-48hrs.

Just be careful.

Can't play it too safe, that's boring.

Push the envelope, it's once in a lifetime plane tickets.

Just keep your head on a swivel.
