Well, she is a mostly a villain. I like the characters with moral ambiguity like her and the Hound.
The Hound is one of my favorites. Villian/good guy is not in my equation of what makes a good character. Good characters are interesting, regardless of their evilness.

She's just so boring. Completely and totally boring and gets way too much screen time. Besides giving birth to a smoke baby to kill Remly for Stannis and bringing back Jon, what has she done to add value to the story? A whole lotta nada.
I dunno, she's the main representative in Westeros of the only 'real' active God going. She's shown serious power, though she's not fully in control of it and can be wrong. She and her other Red Priests can show real visions in the flames, witness The Hound seeing the wall. Could she be an avatar for misguided faith, in magic? In Kings? She was most interesting after Stannis lost and she was back at the wall depressed, and had lost her mojo. Resurrecting Jon restored her faith in her god and herself.

Or if he is, they'd show him being bothered by it. Not apparently. He did kill his own cousin to escape Robb, and threatened to kill Edmure's wife and baby. But that's it in 7 seasons.
Well he was fucking his sister and her children are his children...
The stakes were pretty high if that fact got out.
It's not like he pushed him out the window just for shits and giggles.
It was an instrumental act... not a pure act of cruelty.
His love for his sister is heartfelt and genuine although clearly misplaced... I think he is a fantastic character.

I wanted Ramsey to win just as a fuck you to the fans. Thought he was fairly uninteresting as a villain as time went on, but it would be funny if he came out ahead. At this point, (after they performed a social justice Feminism coup d'etat on Littlefinger, probably the best character on that show) I want Cersei to win. She does some baller shit. I think it would be epic if she killed Tyrion. Once he ventured off into Dragon Lady's social justice land, he has become sanctimonious and one dimensional, just like the eunuch. Deadweight, kill them off. I also think John Snow needs to be killed off, for good this time. Boring dude.

It isn't a secret! The public called the kids abominations whenever they left the Red Keep.

*yawn* There's definitely no lack for character variety, to appeal to a wide audience. All stories come with characters we don't like.

I got the necessity of it, but his not being bothered seems inconsistent with his character development as a guy with morals. He's bothered by the memory of killing the Mad King, but I can't recall him expressing remorse for crippling Bran. Certainly not when jousting with Catelyn Stark as a prisoner.

Well he seemed pretty determined not to let Bran spread the word...
Didn't seem like he did it for any other reason.
In his world view protecting his sister comes above any other value... but a cruel sociopath like Ramsay he is not.

That's usually what happens to one-dimensional characters.

He, Cersei & Tywin are the only three people in Westoros who were in denial.

Tyrion, Danny, John Snow, Sansa, Varys, and Arya have all become those though. They killed off Olenna, Walder Frey, Roose Bolton, Stannis, Tywin and Littlefinger who were among my favorite characters. The only remotely interesting ones are the Hound, Jaime, and Cersei. The others have eithe been killed off or have turned into Marxist talking points. That show had so much potential. The first three seasons it had a decent claim to being one of the best shows of all time (not sopranos or wire good but good for what it is). After season 3 ended, it has been spiralling downward. Now I view it like an Avengers movie. Pretty to look at, but absolutely no substance, just crowd pleasing CGI and poor writing. A case could be made that GoT is better than the Walking Dead, but that's just because it has nudity.
