Canadians are basically apex Yankees.

Canada can be brought down nary a shot fired, peaceful democratic self determination under the Clarity Act.

It's not really happening like that at all. It's a little bit more like the Spanish Civil War. The federal government is sort of keeping it contained, as is social media (as a kind of bypass valve). As soon as the federal government cannot contain or cover up all the leftist violence, the violence will obviously escalate when the right begins to hit back.

It's more an issue of urban versus rural, and globalist versus nationalist, but those things have strong cultural roots with Yankees being more globalist and urbanite by nature. They have their Midlander allies and Left Coast allies. The Deep South, Appalachia, and the Far West are aligning into their own bloc. But even there it's not really regional, since the Yankees have colonized most of our cities.

If this thing boils over into a full-blown shooting war, then it won't be like the last civil war with clear territorial lines. It will be really bad, like what happened in Spain. Nor will it start over movements towards secession. It will just be escalating political violence that the state and federal governments lose the ability to contain.

It seems inevitable when you look at the typical leftist. They think violence against the rest of us is justified because we are all "Nazis". Then whenever we hit back, the police prosecute us.

The prosecution of that kid in Charlottesville, and his imprisonment for the rest of his life, while the actual criminals are free, was a watershed in my opinion. It represented a green light to use violence against the right, and if the right fights back, the government is clear that we will be punished.

In yet another example of Antifa violently ambushing and attacking a driver, the state is now prosecuting the driver for attempting to flee his attackers.

The prosecution of that Alt-Right kid in Charlottesville greenlights this. The prosecution of this driver in Portland confirms it. This will continue to escalate as long as the government enables it.

We need trump impeachment, no DNC engagement with the right (banning Fox News)...and massive socialists policies pushed through congress...and continued importation of massive numbers of foreigners...break the social programs...force the government to put the hurt on what's left of the middle class...once the middle is gone...there is no one else to steal from....then they go broke.
