Your body needs nutrients, not ingredients, meat isn’t magic, it’s like taking a multivitamin cigarette, double edged sword, a tiny percentage of athletes are vegan yet they are over represented in the winning department.

Liquor and Tabaccky is bad for me too, so what?
Don't worry dude, once the SJW faggots ban red meat, they will ban tobacco, alcohol, sleeping outdoors, fast sports cars (because they represent toxic masculinity) hunting, and non pedophilia. They haven't forgotten about you at all. NAMBLA Temperance ladyboys that they are. JD isn't temperate at those St. Paul air port bathrooms tho, and he is well known for his "wide stance" and foot tapping abilities.

Not actually a thing, just wishful thinking on your part.

This is the old way of thinking. Eating red meat leads to heart attack and disease. I think there might be something to it however. Think about it, clogging your colon with fuck tons of meat and living a sedentary lifestyle is probably counter productive. Don't sell the Paleo diet short though. If you are active, it's probably good for you. If you are a sedate cattle person you probably would live a lot longer as a vegan. I can see it. At last I truly see.
