I wonder if an alpha male sasquatch can beat one of those giant brown bears no problem.
I think the giant brown bears are still larger than a Sasquatch. I thought sasquatch were gorilla-sized

The alphas way out in the Canadian west get upwards of ten feet. They are proper monsters like you see described in the Bible or the Epic of Gilgamesh.

They just degenerated and lost most of their sapiance compared to when they were only one or a few generations downstream from a homo sapiens mother.

I have this little mental lottery jackpot list of shit I'd do with don't give a damn money.

1) Me and brothers on a combo hunting fishing trip in Western Canada and/or Alaska, top priority Moose.
2) Griz hunt - BC, Alaska or Kamchatka, I really lean toward the later
3) Taiman Trout fishing in Mongolia
4) Texas boar slaughter - just sit out at night with a PVS-14 and slaughter 'em
5) A good deep sea fishing excursion

Edit: Shoot Bigfoot too.

Grizzly trophy hunting is banned in BC by the Green Party government, $10,000 fine.

Big Game Hunting Adventures will take you for Moose, Caribou and Mountain Goat all at once tho.

First Nations have special hunting rights, Indians can hunt Griz in BC, but only the Indians.

They have stopped hunting the whales, by agreement with the Crown, too much public pressure against whale hunting, so they cut a deal where they would give it up, but get other things in return, they got 24,000 hectares of new land, and $300 million in mineral and mining rights.

They are rather practical, and always have been, if the Crown offers quid pro quo, they will look at the deal and decide if it is better, that is actually a First Nations tradition too.
