I think it's clear their motivation isn't to kick off a civil war where we all have to bludgeon each other to death because guns are no longer in the hands of private citizens.

The Marxists we should fear have no intention of grabbing a 12-guage and storming through your living room, and the more time you waste fantasizing about it the more time they have to influence government and culture, which is where the battleground actually is.

I vaccilate on this DB. On one hand I don't see them as a threat of much danger. I don't see an army of Xirs marching out to grab me and put me on a train to the gulag. I don't see anything near 70s level street violence and anarchy. So it seems quite unlikely.

However I see the Xirs able to do large rallies in multiple cities rapidly. To force policy and reaction from our highest levels of government. I see them seemingly able to takeover streets and enact street violence. The biggest danger from them is that they monopolize political power. Then individuals are dealing with Xir police and military that coming to put you on the train.

So if they're focused on seizing political and social power, while the other side is stockpiling bullets and fantasizing about gunning down hordes of Antifa running through the streets, how is that gonna go? Once the Xirs control the Navy SEALS it won't matter how much .223 you've got stored in your cellar. Game is already over.

So to me, it seems a waste of time to fret over a civil war that you're guaranteed to lose. A wiser use of time would be to focus on making sure the government isn't usurped by an ideology hostile to you and your lifestyle.

These Red Flag laws they are starting to enact are pretty effective. It allows individual states and cities to confiscate guns based on administration concerns. Then you a host of other laws where they are going after the gun infrastructure, basically making it extremely hard for a gun store to stay in business and nearly impossible for a new one to start. Then they are going after banking and finance, so gun business cannot get loans and buyers can't buy guns through certain banks.

Right....but CT pretty much banned any "assault weapons" and current estimates is that over 1-2 million CT residents chose not to turn in their "banned" firearms.....take that on a national level....people are willing to say come and get them....Commies don't like that too much. Need to keep eyes on the Police and the DoD.....that is where liberty will be saved or lost.
