The Democrats like candidates with little to no background, that will say the right things at the moment. It seems to work for them. Relative unknowns.

BHO, he's still not really been vetted very well. He's the Lima messiah where there are periods of his life no one really knows what was going on. Very odd for a former POTUS.

BJ Clinton was relatively unknown, even his youth is spoke of in hushed tones. Most likely grew up a bastard child in a whorehouse.

On the flip side, when they run candidates with a history behind them of policy and positions they fail pretty badly. Hillary, Kerry, Algore, Mondale, Carter. AOC and Kamjala Harris are the type of candidates the Dems really like.

I think Bloomberg and Cuomo released the information on her campaign finance corruption in revenge to AOC burning the Amazon deal. Bloomberg and Cuomo probably worked very hard courting Bezos and then AOC brought out the Green New Deal Marxism stuff and killed it. I'd be pissed if I was those two guys.
