Re: 2020 election
The only real question going into 2020 is whether the Dems are going to nominate a Mondale/Dole/Kerry/Romney type like Biden, or a McGovern type like Sanders or Harris.
My money is on Mondale/Dole/Kerry/Romney camp, superdelegates love those types and the far-left lane has too much traffic running in it, which will split the far left vote until it's too late. Biden wins the nomination 2020, the way Romney won the nomination in 2012, centrist lane ftw.

I think they want Harris but it won't make much difference who gets the nom once the playing field is whittled down. Harris is solidly in their camp but you could say that for any number of contenders with a few tweaks. I doubt they will win the general anyway. I think Trump has this but going forward from 2020 is scary as fuck.

Yeah the Dems have no bench, their only options in 2020 are:TheReal_ND wrote: ↑Tue Feb 26, 2019 5:06 pmI think they want Harris but it won't make much difference who gets the nom once the playing field is whittled down. - Trump coasting to victory if they go Mondale/Dole/Kerry/Romney type Centrist
- Trump landslide if they go McGovern type far lefty.
If I were the Dems, I'd just go far left and take the landslide loss, so that party either reforms, or renders itself irrelevant. Instead of deluding itself that it can win with the same strategy in 2024, as long as they don't face Trump. They need a serious wake up call that far-left bullshit simply doesn't win Presidential Elections in America, and they seem to have forgotten about the McGovern disaster, so time for another lesson, for their own good.

If this can be proven, Hillary can't run without some major questions being answered...
Granted this was originally reported back in 2017 when it was first published, but let's not forget who the real criminals are...
https://thewashingtonpundit.com/2019/03 ... y-of-stateAccording to internal State Department memos the agency might have called off or intervened into investigations into possibly illegal, inappropriate behavior within its ranks allegedly to protect jobs and avoid scandals

What about the senate and house in 2020? What's the forecast? Is it too early to discuss?
