If I were the Pakis and decided I had no choice, I would hit their largest cities and just invade. Eat the retaliation and fight the war.
If I had to pick between a world with Pakistan or a world with India - I would pick India. Shameful how you turn your back so quickly on a fellow commonwealth.
What's going on in India?

Pakistan doesn't have a large stockpile of high yield weapons deliverable, they could hurt India, but not kill her.Speaker to Animals wrote: ↑Wed Feb 27, 2019 11:58 amIndia's population is rather concentrated, though.

More likely scenario is Indian blockade, Pakistan Navy fights, Indian Navy wins.
Pakistan then delivers a terrorist nuke by truck bomb for nuclear deescalation.

They would have to combine it with an invasion.Smitty-48 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 27, 2019 12:05 pmPakistan doesn't have a large stockpile of high yield weapons deliverable, they could hurt India, but not kill her.Speaker to Animals wrote: ↑Wed Feb 27, 2019 11:58 amIndia's population is rather concentrated, though.

I wonder if it would be possible for them to sneak a truck nuke in to preemptively destroy Indian nukes.

Wouldn't be a counterforce, as I say, India has an SSBN, and Pakistan couldn't get a large number of nuclear truck bombs into India.Speaker to Animals wrote: ↑Wed Feb 27, 2019 12:08 pmI wonder if it would be possible for them to sneak a truck nuke in to preemptively destroy Indian nukes.
It would have to be low profile to avoid detection, so more like one or two, Terrorist Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
Nuclear deescalation, same policy as Mr. Ivan.
None the less, not an existential threat, the world does not end by Little Boy, the world ends at Redwing Tewa

May would fucking love a little war right now, She's nearly as unpopular as Maggie was just before the Falklands Conflict and would love the distraction.
Would give her the perfect excuse to delay Brexit for the duration.
Looking more and more likely that our membership of the EU will be extended until they can get a plan passed in Parliament anyway.
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

It has been suggested and is likely that India possesses fission-fusion-fission tritium boosted, but they can't drop it on Pakistan, it's too close, you can't drop the Red Wings on your own doorstep, those are doomsday weapons to deter China.

At worst we would get involved in this as a proxy war with China.Montegriffo wrote: ↑Wed Feb 27, 2019 12:23 pmMay would fucking love a little war right now, She's nearly as unpopular as Maggie was just before the Falklands Conflict and would love the distraction.
