Wouldn't be a counterforce, as I say, India has an SSBN, and Pakistan couldn't get a large number of nuclear truck bombs into India.

It would have to be low profile to avoid detection, so more like one or two, Terrorist Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

It has been suggested and is likely that India possesses fission-fusion-fission tritium boosted, but they can't drop it on Pakistan, it's too close, you can't drop the Red Wings on your own doorstep, those are doomsday weapons to deter China.
