The United States does not carry out air strikes inside sovereign nations' air spaces unless we are reasonable certain there is fuck all those nations can do about it.

The UK has become a net exporter of jihadist terrorism in recent decades. Eventually they are going to be responsible for terror attacks on Americans. We are not going to just fly into UK and blow up one of those jihadi neighborhoods because the British would fucking retaliate.

Also, I would hesitate to compare what these jihadis did in Kashmir to what AQ was doing.

They were actually far more in the wrong when they attacked targets inside India a few years back. Kashmir is contested territory between these two powers, and these jihadis attacked paramilitary security forces. That's not terrorism and, if India wants to fight over it, then fine, but don't act like Pakistan bombing India after India flies well inside Pak airspace is some kind of surprise moment.

India should have kept their operations inside Kashmir. If the jihadis attacked a bunch of civilians they'd have better cause. But that's not what happened.

And I am not saying India didn't have a right to do this. I am saying India has no right to attack Pakistan with impunity. Of course Pakis are going to retaliate. Are people really this delusional??
