Are you seriously trying to say that 50 or 100 year old articles based on far less data and predigital analysis are more important than the overwhelming consensus of the current best science and analysis? You are placing your political paranoia and anti-science ideology above the survival of civilization.
I wouldn't characterize it that way, but what the heck. I'll just say, yeah. Yeah, I can live with that.

Urban wastelands and a large number of their inhabitants declared war on me long ago. They want to destroy my way of life. This extreme weather, global warming, climate change if accurate. Will destroys cities and starve their inhabitants. In that case, I win.

If it's all bullshit, and the scientists of 2019 are in little better position than the scientists of 1919 or 1859 to accurately predict events of the net 10 - 100 years, I still win.

What that 2 pages of old article wallpapering demonstrates is 'The Best Science' is usually not very damn good. Let's not skip past the evidence that the best available science was tampered with, or that Climate Change folks promote nations turning in their sovereignty in favor of a Theory, based 'the best available science'.

It's funny how being a Skeptic towards a scientific theory gets folks so lathered up.

Science is a religion until it doesn't square with the Cathedral of academic piety.

Say, when you try to use science to determine the number of genders in humans ?

or use science to discuss intelligence of racial and ethnic groups ?

Well, this is pretty neat:
Climate rewind: Scientists turn carbon dioxide back into coal
https://phys.org/news/2019-02-climate-r ... oxide.html
While we can't literally turn back time, turning carbon dioxide back into coal and burying it back in the ground is a bit like rewinding the emissions clock," Daeneke, an Australian Research Council DECRA Fellow, said.

"A side benefit of the process is that the carbon can hold electrical charge, becoming a supercapacitor, so it could potentially be used as a component in future vehicles."

"The process also produces synthetic fuel as a by-product, which could also have industrial applications."

Here's some science: CO2 is good for Mama Gaia. Pump that shit up and make my valley green!

See, that science from the past was garbage. Don't believe the science. NOW we know for certain because OUR science is 100% trustworthy.

Al Gore released an Inconvenient Truth not that long ago. He said things like Florida would be underwater by now. Where were all the scientists that can predict the future climate back then calling him out?

Science turns out to be very flexible.

Let's use some science here to take a logical walk through

A) Pollution is bad
B) CO2 is pollution
C) direct correlation between rising CO2 levels and population increases
D) Reduce populations, reduce pollution
E) The strongest of the people should survive to ensure the survival of the species, this means health, fitness, intelligence, mental stability, genetic traits you would pass on to future man.
F) Fitness, IQ and health tests can be performed using the best available science to determine who should reproduce, and who should live
G) Worldwide Treaty gets signed, tests begin, undesirables are either made sterile or humanely put down
H) the earth is sustainable

It's good science, we should start immediately.

Did you see the 1870 article on Global Warming where the seas were going to rise and the Maldives were going to disappear. Teh industrial revolution was barely started then, oil was rarely used, and 150 years later they are saying the same shit.

Ever notice how the apocalypse is just one generation away ? At least the Mayans and Nostradamus had the balls to pick a date 500 years in the future.
