My big takeaway on this summary. Paul Ryan was part of the conspiracy. Ryan's job was
A) Sideline Devin Nunes
- Nunes understood what was going on, he was on the Go8, and they needed him silenced. Paul Ryan slapped a baseless Ethics Investigation on him to remove him from Comittee
B) Keep silent and provide cover for the FBI and lack of communication with Congress on what the FBI/DOJ was doing. Ryan succeeded.

I think the idea behind McCabe's revelation is to get this out first in order to make it seem as innocuous as possible in the minds of normies.
