Another resurrection thread...
Greatest resurrection thread since the last one on the DCF... where we had the ancients return to us for a brief visit.
Welcome back Smitty and Capps.
Almost a year of self imposed exile for Capps... impressive.

Pretty luxurious exile, I bought a margarita maker and lived the Bobby Mac lifestyle.
Unfortunately winter returned.

Good.
We want our self imposed exiles to be comfortable...
We're not animals.

Had to restructure my automobile collection due to insurance rate increases and whatnot.
Now I got the Chevy Silverado Z71 and a Toyota/Scion/Subraru FRS
Not quite as luxurious, but on the other hand the war truck is turning out to be a handy piece of kit.

Some kid offered me a price for my Evo which I could not refuse. I was getting hosed by the insurance company on the Nissan, so I traded the Nissan in for the Chevy and the Scion.

If I feel the need to go 200 mph, I'll just go with my wife on a business trip and head for the luxury car rental in Germany, take something for a couple days and hit the autobahn. My father in law is into it, so we can go together and split the price.
My father in law downsized from the Corvette to a Mustang, but it is a monster of a Mustang, fully tuned.

Damn shame that Harry K's return was so short and sweet.
Lasted only 4 weeks and a couple of hundred posts.
Didn't even get to play any MHF poker with him.
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.
