https://twitter.com/AJGuglielmiMedia reports about the Empire incident being a hoax are unconfirmed by case detectives. Supt Eddie Johnson has contacted @ABC7Chicago to state on the record that we have no evidence to support their reporting and their supposed CPD sources are uninformed and inaccurate.

Of all shitty jobs, I'd probably least want to be a US police officer in an area with an average to high concentration of celebrity residents. Their media consultants who handle the fallout from crime related to celebrities probably get paid more than the police.
