My IP is dynamic. It's really weird. I didn't have a Twitter account on my old phone either but I could still view one or two Twitter links a day and the embedded images always worked in the forums. Now I can't visit Twitter at all and all the Twitter images are broken. I found a way to view them by holding down on the broken image link and choosing "view image."
