I have a specific match to Sub-Saharan (Black) Africa; Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone

Family history at that time was slave-holding tobacco plantation in Tennessee
Where in Tennessee? Wherever it is, I've been there; I might be able to give you some info / artifacts of the old family homestead.

The antebellum Venn diagram for real estate in Tennessee for land that would support tobacco beyond a half-acre patch and counties that had slaves involved in agriculture has a rather narrow overlap. Like, real narrow.

The plantation was owned by a “Hash.” I’ve heard there’s a “Hash” Lane?

For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

What city/county?

Chances are if it was a big enough plantation for slaves, tobacco was the farm's "elite" crop, making up a small portion of the farm dwarfed by the cotton and some corn and wheat.

For Americans, its actually extremely rare not to have African or Native American traces in their DNA. I have 0% I'm literally the whitest guy you've ever met. I did it a few years ago.

Somehow this led to my older brother finding out he had a daughter he didn't know about.
Same brother. We gotta start a Real White Guy forum and get away from these mudbloods.

Nothing is confirmed yet. The gal claims she got a link through Ancestry.com. I'm too young for it to be me, but it could have been my oldest brother. I told her, it's not possibly me. Good Luck.

Made my older brother aware of it. He didn't like the sound of it. I think it's definitely a possibility, but the gal, who's now mid to late 30's hasn't done anything else. My brother is a pretty private guy, doesn't talk about it.

There's danger in it. DNA testing is breaking up some families https://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/arti ... rifts.html

And their results are not necessarily 100% accurate.

Mine was with 23andme, and it included a “health check:” lactose tolerant, no elite athlete muscle, process alcohol normally, 4% higher weight than average, etc.

I have a coupon for $60 I can send you?
